Marlene has been in the construction industry for over 20 years as an estimator. She specializes in Interior tenant improvement projects, but also has experience in estimating ground up construction. Her attention to detail helps her clients understand the aspects of their project. At CDI Construction she is taking her career one step further with the transition into Project Management.

Fun Fact

Marlene ran the Chicago Marathon in 2013 and finished with a time of 5:48:03. When not working, Marlene loves spending time with family and her three dogs. She also enjoys the outdoors with golfing, camping and riding her motorcycle.
